How can I buy products from you?
You can purchase products by calling our call center, calling the BMT (Regional Customer Representative) in your region, visiting our head office or filling out the contact form on our website.
I am opening a new school, can I buy all the products I need from you?
Yes, Edosis Eğitim Araçları A.Ş. provides all the necessary products from kindergarten to university.
Do you only offer educational products?
No, besides all educational products, we also design office furniture, conference rooms, lobbies and meeting rooms.
I couldn't find the products I wanted on your website, can you supply them?
You can contact us from our contact information about the products you request.
Do you support projects and architectural works?
Yes, we come and examine your venue, design it and provide architectural support with different alternatives.
Do you have qualification certificates for after sales?
We have the necessary documents related to our quality and after-sales services, you can access these certificates and documents from our quality certificates section on our www.edosis.com.tr page.
Can you give a reference about your previously completed projects?
We could not fit all of our references here. You can access and see some of our finalized projects in our references section. If you wish, we can also present you our entire reference list.
How do you ship the products I buy?
The products you purchase online from our site are mostly delivered by cargo. However, in project-based orders, they are delivered by our own transportation vehicles or trucks.
Who covers shipping and transportation costs?
For online orders, shipping costs are calculated according to the products you choose. In project-based orders, transportation is covered by our company or by the buyer depending on the contract.
Do you do export packaging?
For your international orders, we label the country of shipment and contact information and deliver your sensitive materials to the recipients with special crate packaging.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies depending on the stock status and the supply time specified on the product card. This period starts after the approval of your order for sales made by bidding. In general, your laboratory equipment orders are delivered within 2-15 days, laboratory systems orders within 10-30 days, modular research laboratories and special project orders within 4-10 weeks. During your order confirmation, it is clearly stated how long your order will be delivered.
